Save Your Receipts from the Spas you visit from Steals and Deals in order to earn rewards to spa. When you have 4 or more, send them in to claim your Rewards. In order to redeem your Rewards, each receipt must have the name of the spa Steals & Deals treatment, the name of the massage therapist or aesthetician, your name, address, email and phone number.

4 receipts = $25 Spa Week Indulgence Gift Card 6 receipts = $50 Spa Week Indulgence Gift Card 8 receipts = $75 Spa Week Indulgence Gift Card 10 receipts or more = $100 Spa Week Indulgence Gift Card

Rules and Regulations

1. Spa Week Reward receipts are only valid on spas participating in the Steals and Deals program.
2. Receipts must be submitted via mail to:
   Spa Week Media Group, Ltd.
   P.O. Box 237
   New York, New York 10108
   and include the name of the spa, name of massage therapist or technician, consumer’s name, address, email, and phone number. Receipts for rewards must be submitted all at one time.
3. SPA WEEK MEDIA GROUP, LTD. and Spa Week reserve the right to cancel the Spa Week Rewards program at its sole discretion at any time without liability.
4. Spa Week Rewards have no cash value and are not transferable.
5. Spa Week Rewards receipts must be earned by visiting spas participating in the Steals and Deals program
6. Allow 6-8 weeks for your Spa Week Rewards.
7. Spa Week Rewards will be shipped ground mail.
8. Receipts must include all the required information for redemption. Partially completed receipts will be considered invalid.
9. SPA WEEK MEDIA GROUP, LTD. and Spa Week reserve the right to substitute a reward of comparable “Spa Week Rewards” value if reward chosen is unavailable.
10. Spa Week Rewards will only be mailed to U.S. addresses.
11. The quantities of all products which can be redeemed are limited and may become unavailable at any time.
12. SPA WEEK MEDIA GROUP, LTD. and Spa Week reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating in the Spa Week Rewards program suspected of providing false information while recording their receipts or violating the rules of the program.
