Launched in June at the Juva MediSpa in New York City, the HarmonyPixel treats skin more quickly than the standard lasers, and with relatively no pain and no downtime. Using a patented new technology, the machine gently removes damaged tissue from the skin, resurfacing small areas but leaving the surrounding skin intact—which makes for a quicker  healing time. The combination of the laser and heat also triggers collagen remodeling and production in the skin, which in turn helps fill out wrinkles, tighten sags, and minimize fine lines, sun damage, acne scars and other imperfections.
